HTML5 is here - With a doctype I can remember

As you know (or maybe not), HTML documents are prepended with a doctype.
Typically something like:

PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
or
PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD IMPOSSIBLE 2.0 Remember//JM"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/jamaicanhtml1/DTD/not-really-a-doctype.dtd">

Given how complex they are, I've never actually committed the whole thing to memory, typically relying on a template or just cut and paste.

Not anymore, HTML 5 now has the sweetest doctype ever, I think I'll actually remember it:
